I’m wondering what you know about binaural beats.  Basically, they are sounds that may affect your brain’s functions in ways that can be very helpful to you.

Although I was already using binaural beats for self improvement, I became even more interested in them when I was interviewing Erica Douglass (www.Erica.biz).

Erica told me that while writing a blog post, she was listening to binaural beats that help with inspiration and creativity. After about thirty minutes of listening, the writing became so easy for her.

A few months ago I heard Ben Mack speaking about Good Energy Day. That’s when I first heard about what happens on 09/09/09 and a global movement of peace, love and harmony.
